NEED:
A bike of any description provided it has no training wheels and is in safe, working order
Clothing should include long pants and long sleeve top
Essential safety gear includes a full face helmet and gloves which the Club can supply where necessary
HELP:
You will receive excellent assistance when you start from experienced Club members who will grade you accordingly.
